★ Where do your lasers ship from?

All of our products are shipped directly from our factories in Chongqing, and then Hong Kong. It depends on the availability of the item you order. At present, All laser products at our website are in stock and will ship within 24 hours of your order.

★ Will your lasers be shipped to all countries?

Yes, we provide worldwide shipping and Free shipping. It could reach any country or region across the globe.

★ Do you charge any duty or tax on your laser products?

No. We do not charge any duty or tax on any laser pointer pen at LaserPointerPen.Net until your local government customs offices levy them on you when the shipment enters your country. According to our experiences, few customers had to pay taxes or duties on our shipping. Just don't worry about it.

★ What are my payment options?

We mainly accept payment from Paypal and it also means that you can pay via a variety of major credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. All credit card information is entered on a fully secure, 128/256 bit encrypted page. If you choose to pay via paypal, you will be automatically directed to paypal's secure server during the checkout process.

★ How do you ship the laser to your customers?

We generally ship our lasers via DHL, UPS, EMS, TNT.The average shipping time for DHL is 4 to 7 business days while most orders arrive sooner. >300mw lasers usually needs 2-3 days' handling time, while customized handheld lasers and laser modules generally needs 7 days' lead time.

★Do the lasers come with chargers and batteries?

We ship free dhargers and batteries included in the package(carrying case or cardbox) to each customer, so that you can use it immediately when you receive the laser from us instead of seeking for the right charger and battery in the local shops.

★Do the lasers come with safety goggles?

In order to guarantee the laser safety of each customer, we send the $59.99 CE & FDA certified goggles to those who purchase 200mw or higher powered green, red, blu-ray, infrared lasers. We also send free goggles to any returned customer. With the free goggles, the item will be a much more cost-effective purchase. One can also buy the goggles directly at the laser goggles page. Hope every customer could stick to the safety guidelines.

★ If the item is not in stock, how long will it take to ship?

If the item is not in stock, we will inform you by email how long the product will take to ship. Some items are in-stock, and others(esp. over 300mw laser pointers and all-solid-state lasers) need to be built per-order. You're free to cancel the order if you can't wait or the delay will not meet your needs.

★ When will I get the tracking information?

Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking number, you can contact us by email and we will gladly provide it for you.

★What's the return Policy and warranty period of all your laser?

If you are not satisfied with your laser product within 7 days of receiving it in the mail, return it for a full refund minus shipping charges.
We'll provide a warranty period of 6 months to 1 year, and If your laser product(s) breaks within the warranty period (due to manufacturer defects or workmanship), we will fix or replace your laser free of charge. We're also willing to repair for you after the warranty period.

★How Long could I keep the lasers on continuously?

Generally speaking, as for laser pointer pen(5-100mw generally), it's better to turn it off for a while if it is turned on for above 1 mintue; for most handheld lasers, it's okay to keep it on within 3-3.5 mins, and for the >250mw TOPLASER or Yamataka or Volunteer series(they were made out of separate crystal which guarantee higher stability and heat resistance) can be left on at around 5 mins; and in hot summer, it's better to keep on within 5 mins or shorter.

As the waterproof models are exception coz to make it waterproof, it has been sealed and airproofed tightly in every gap of laser body, so the heating resistance is kinda reduced a little, and generally Green Lasers are liable to produce much higher Current which is potentially dangerous for the laser diode if you keep in switched on for long. As it's a pocket-size model, and the user may need pay attention to resting the laser a little while after it's left on for >30 seconds.

For our waterproof red and violet blue lasers and all >250mw green lasers, they're more bulky and use two combined crystals and heat sinks, so you can turn it on continously for 2-5 mins without turning it off, and that's okay, and all the engineers just recommend you rest it a little(at least 5-10 seconds) when one leaves it on continously for 4 or 5 mins. We recommend using it continously on within 5 mins per time. 3 Mins is a perfect time limit to maintain the diode life unless we have to turn it on continous for other purposes. For >5 mins use, it may not burn the diode within a short period of time, but if used often and frequently, it will put the diode in a high temperature environment. Take good care of it and the diode life will be much lengthened.

After all, people need take good care of any optics electronics to keep its diode time longer and endurable. Just load the battery strictly in accordance with the manual, coz the electricity caused by the shortcuit of green laser diode is much bigger than the red lasers.

★What makes your high powered lasers differents from others in today's laser market?

Most ordinary handheld lasers in Chinese market use the single glued crystal, whose stability and heat resistance is just good, much less stable than the combined separate crystal(two crystals combined to form one after special treatment, guaranteeing higher stability and heat resistance). This combined crystals of which our TOPLASER-II, VOLUNTEER and PIONEER series are made are much more expensive than single glued crystal. Strictly speaking, that max power that nearly all glued crystals can make is around 200mw, and any higher power is likely to burn out the laser diode or other components.

We also feel obliged to to confirm that all PIONEER, VOLUNTEER and TOPLASER-II series models are 100% ir filtered, and it means it has nearly zero ir residual, so most non-ir-filtered lasers counts on the ir power(As we tested, 50%-70% of the ir power, generally speaking) to maintain or win the power. But that's fake and dishonest. We make the 500-600mw with a 3W 532nm laser diode, and the 500-600mw are pure 532nm. Actually, we can easily make it up to 800mw or even 1W if we don't add the ir filter.
It means you will never be hurt by the laser beam if you wear the non-selective & absorptive laser goggles(unlike the crappy goggles which only reflects some of the laser beam), your eyes and body will be totally safe. Laser safety is a thing we can't ignore while we make sure the possibility of being hurt are much lessened coz we use high-end ir filter.

★Which is the best model among those candidates?

PIONEER series is the upgraded version of these models, so it's the best so far. It uses the latest crystal and diode and heat sink imported from Germany and Japan. while we did a lot of work to upgrade and improve the heat sink and beam power stability. Highest stability and reliability guaranteed.

Actually the focusing mechanism of PIONEER series Green/Red/IR lasers are much more user-friendly and they usually have 50-60mw overspeced power. Its components are the best in today's laser market

As far as its function is concerned, the focus adjustable mechanism is much more intelligent than that of Toplaser-II model and its beam divergence and output power is easily adjustable for different purposes, and the remote connector key and casing also guarantees its doubled safety and solidness.

★I see most handheld lasers at your website are equipped with focus adjustable functions. Is there any easiest way to pinpoint to seek the peak power of the laser?

◆Here are two Simplest Ways to Pinpoint the Focus:

A. The focus adjustable function enables the use to burn things much easier. when we wanna burn something, we just turn the focusing head to shine the laser beam at the object(black object is better). Through the goggles, we screw the focusing head on/off until it seems the laser beam is at its thinnest and most intense, while the beam spot is ready to be on-fire. That's just the focus.

B: Turn on the laser, and turn the focusing part to make the beam size bigger and bigger; as it goes, look from the beam from the side(sideview), you can see that there is a slimmest section within, and this section is just the focus; it gathers the peak power of the laser.

Notes: When we shoot the pictures of the violet-blue beam, we can do it opposite to the aperture. Then the beam will look more visible and bright.
